Due to the expansion of our company and client database we are now offering our new and existing insurance clients “No Footage – No Fee”* on all surveillance instructions undertaken. Therefore, if the subject is not seen then our client does not pay for the surveillance.
We feel that by offering this service we eliminate the risk to the insurance companies in having to pay for a product/ service they have not received optimising budgets and providing a far greater return on investment.
We take an honest and professional approach to all cases undertaken and devote time in planning and preparation before commencing any instruction. At no extra cost to our clients surveillance will be undertaken at a time and day we deem to be the most rewarding in terms of obtaining the best footage possible. Observations can be carried out at day or night, weekdays or weekends including public holidays or a collaboration of each bringing our clients results that speak for themselves.
Our Surveillance services are highly sought after due to our commitment to achieving the best results first time every time, which is achieved at the planning stage. We check all information received from our clients against our databases to confirm residency of the claimant. This enables us to identify any other places of residency or work that were not divulged by the claimant to the insurance company at the time of application.

Langley Solutions Ltd only use experienced and professional operatives who strive to achieve the best outcome for our clients. Our instructions are always carried out by a minimum of 2 operatives and carefully selected to best suit the instructions received in terms of location and diversity of the community. Our operatives are also selected on any specific information that is revealed at the planning and preparation phase.
We are able to utilise operatives with full motorcycle licences aswell as “Black Cabs” for surveillance in built up areas such as city centres where a traditional vehicle may lose the target.
Our clients pay a fixed fee with no extra charge for the location of the instruction or the type of equipment required to achieve the best results. We also do not charge extra for the number of operatives or vehicles required, report writing, accommodation, mileage or any other "hidden extras" that other companies invoice for.

Our 3-Day surveillance package (24 hours) is most sought after by our Insurance clients as we are able to eliminate the “Good day Bad day” tactics that those suspected of fraudulent claims deploy. We are able to offer a 24-hour service providing our clients with the exact movement and lifestyle of the claimant.
Each case undertaken by us is produced onto DVD and backed up by a full factual and professional report that can be used as evidence in court.
All surveillance is conducted within the terms of the Data Protection Act and Human Rights Act. Although we are not governed as such by RIPA (Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act) to conduct Insurance Surveillance we adhere to the guidance under this act at all times. We also adhere to the ABI Guidelines on the use of Private Investigators.
