Tracing (Individuals)

Whether you’re looking to locate a debtor or a missing person Langley Solutions Ltd are sure to find the answers you’re looking for. Under the provisions of the Human Rights Act 1998 we have to respect a person’s right to privacy so before commencing any work we will ask you some questions to ascertain your relationship with the missing individual and in those cases not representing bad debt we may need to contact those traced to establish whether they wish to be contacted by you. This is to protect those person’s from unwanted contact.

Tracing (Assets)

With the rise of litigation in the UK Langley Solutions Ltd is aware of the importance of Asset tracing and have the skills and knowledge to achieve the results required.

With direct access to numerous professional databases we are able to accurately check assets held by individuals. Due to our database of nationwide operatives we are able to undertake enquiries at any given property to estimate the value of the property and to gain details of any vehicles situated in the vicinity and provide financial details of those building an asset portfolio.

Desktop Investigations

This relates to the other services we offer such as tracing and pre-sue reports but ties them together to what we call Desk Top Investigations. We are able to accurately investigate a person(s) or company using the many databases we have and our own experience and knowledge. From the evidence obtained we can build a profile of the individual or company and report back to our clients with the evidence in an evidential report format. A decision can then be made as to whether further investigation (i.e. Surveillance) is both beneficial and cost effective to achieving the end result.

Undercover Investigations

Langley Solutions Ltd has undertaken numerous undercover investigations over the years for an array of clients. Every case is planned carefully and monitored fully along the way. Many of our operatives are ex-police officers with years of experience in “undercover” work, we therefore utilise their capabilities and choose the right operative for the situation.

Each case is customised with the client, therefore tailoring it to your needs, expectations and your budget. We can provide both male and female operatives for short one-day cases or longer-term infiltration. Our operatives can also provide video/audio evidence that will be provided to you in DVD format and backed up by a full coloured evidential report.

Test Purchasing

Our operatives are able to carry out test purchasing using the latest in hidden technology to bring you, the employer, a true picture of the way your staff deal with customers on a daily basis. All instructions undertaken are supported by professional written reports and photographic evidence.

Vehicle Tracking

Langley Solutions Ltd are able to provide live vehicle tracking devices for personal or business use giving you the whereabouts of any vehicle 24 hours a day. Our team of trained operatives will fit and remove the wireless trackers to any vehicle and will monitor and track it’s position throughout the day or night.

The tracking devices are able to log the date, time and location of the vehicle. We are also able to remotely access the device giving us the opportunity to prepare logs for our clients. A pre-determined boundary can be placed around the tracking device alerting our operatives as to when the vehicle moves. This information then gives us the opportunity to deploy our operatives accordingly if required.

All instructions undertaken are supplied at the conclusion with a full report, vehicle log and any photographic evidence obtained if using with an undercover operative.

Langley Solutions Ltd operates in accordance of the Data Protection Act 1998 and only use vehicle-tracking devices as an aid to surveillance as stipulated from the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Matrimonial
